• How many gummies should I take?

  Take 1 gummy a day, any time of day. Just chew – no water needed.

• How much shilajit is in each gummy?

  Each gummy contains 200mg of real Sunpure Sundried Himalayan Shilajit Resin – the same gold-grade resin as our resin jars, not a flavoured sugar gummy with a trace amount.

• Are the gummies as good as the resin?

  They're made with the same 45-day sundried, 30-day filtered resin. The resin lets you adjust your dose and mix it into drinks; the gummies give you a measured 200mg serve with no taste, no mess and nothing to prepare.

• What do they taste like?

• Are the gummies vegan?

  No – our gummies are sweetened with wild raw honey, so they aren't suitable for vegans. If you're vegan, our resin, drops and capsules are a great fit.

  Sundrying is a traditional method of drying Shilajit resin in the sun to remove any remaining moisture and preserve its nutrient content of the Shilajit.
  
  The drying process is finished once the Shilajit has reached a soft resin like texture. This method of drying is gentler and more natural compared to other methods like fire drying - which other brands on the market use to cut time is cost.
  
  Our sun drying method takes up to 45 days, other brands use the inferior method of fire drying, which takes only 4-5 hours, and destroys the nutrition & bioactivity of the Shilajit.
